A CANNES ADDRESS WITH A STORY

Before it was a home, it was a theatre.

Built in 1881 by Cannes architect Charles Baron, this former Cannes theatre was converted into La Guitare et la Harpe around 1900. Its sculpted masks, high ceilings, tall shuttered windows and wrought-iron balconies give this central Cannes apartment a character few modern rentals can match.

For assistance before arrival, during your stay or after departure, contact Alexandra on WhatsApp. Optional additional cleaning costs €250 per service and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. A refundable cash security deposit of €750 is collected at check-in and returned at departure, subject to inspection. Please follow the guidelines below.

    Please maintain a peaceful environment by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. This ensures a pleasant stay for everyone in the building.
  • Plumbing Care:
    To avoid plumbing issues, please do not dispose of paper, wipes, or any other items in the toilets. Use the waste bins provided.
  • Smoking Policy:
    This is a non-smoking apartment. Please smoke only outside the building and ensure doors and windows are closed so smoke does not enter the apartment.
  • Pet Policy:
    Pets are not permitted in the apartment. This helps us maintain a clean and allergy-conscious space for every guest.
  • Furniture and Appliances:
    We kindly ask you to treat the apartment with care. Please avoid moving furniture and handle all appliances with care to prevent damage.
  • Safety and Security:
    Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the apartment. Your safety and security are our top priority.
  • Trash Disposal:
    Please remove all rubbish before check-out. Use the shared waste and recycling bins indicated in the apartment guide. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp.
  • Check-out Procedures:
    Before check-out:
    • Remove all rubbish.
    • Place used dishes in the dishwasher or wash and put them away.
    • Leave used towels in the bathroom.
    • Close and lock all windows and doors.
    • Return every set of keys provided at check-in. Replacement costs may apply to lost keys.
    • Leave the apartment tidy and report any accidental damage promptly.
