Upon check-in to our apartments, we require a cash deposit of 750 euros, which will be returned to you on the day of your departure.

We hope that your stay will be pleasant, and we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone:

    Please maintain a peaceful environment by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. This ensures a pleasant stay for everyone in the building.

    Plumbing Care:
    To avoid plumbing issues, please do not dispose of paper, wipes, or any other items in the toilets. Use the waste bins provided.

    Smoking Policy:
    This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. You are welcome to use designated smoking areas outside the building. Failure to comply will result in a 200 € fine.

    Pet Policy:
    Pets are not allowed in the apartment. This policy helps us maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. Failure to comply will result in a 300 € fine.

    Furniture and Appliances:
    We kindly ask you to treat the apartment with care. Please avoid moving furniture and handle all appliances with care to prevent damage.

    Safety and Security:
    Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the apartment. Your safety and security are our top priority.

    Trash Disposal:
    Please dispose of your trash in the designated bins located here. Recycling guidelines are available in the apartment for your convenience. Failure to comply will result in a 180 € fine.

    Check-out Procedures:
    Before check-out, all trash must be removed from the apartment.
    All dishes must be either placed in the dishwasher or washed and put away. Failure to comply will result in a 100 € fine.
    Leave used towels in the bathroom.
    Verify that all windows and doors are securely closed.
    You must return all sets of keys provided to you upon check-in. In case of lost keys, a 150 € fine will be charged.
    Ensure that the apartment is left in a tidy state.

    In case of damage to property in the apartment, you will be required to pay for the cost of the damages.
